Two things are easy to mix up: this website, and your project contract. They are not the same document.
This website
silkbytex.com is marketing and service information about how the studio works. It is general information, not a binding offer — and it may change as the studio evolves.
Project contracts
Actual engagements are governed by a written fixed quote agreed before any code is written: what ships, what it costs, and when. That document — not this page — defines the agreed project scope and its fixed price. Your written scope defines what is included. If you request work outside it, we discuss the impact and agree the price before starting it.
Intellectual property
Ownership follows the project agreement — and the standing basis is simple: repositories, cloud accounts and credentials for your project are created under your name and stay yours from day one.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites — including SilkByteX products that run on their own domains, such as Kiln and Sitrep. Their terms and privacy practices apply there; we are not responsible for third-party content.
